James's Story
Life
After H.S.... after 1 semester in college, stopped for a time and traveled some off & on over 2 yrs., did some photography and all types of things. I then went back to college and graduated with 1 degree in Psychology and one in Sociology, with minors in Religion and German. Worked on an MA in Psych.
Got married, worked and had 2 kids. Finally got my pilots license in 1984 and loved to fly. Coached HS age groups in soccer in my extra time for about 15 yrs then started again with an overall 30 yrs of coaching. . I was divorced in 1998 and I'm still single. Now have 5 grandkids.... 2 lived with me quite awhile (9 yrs) and I loved every minute with them. . The oldest two, we still spend a great deal of time together. The 2 kids played music and 2 of the grandkids also play. One year ago first great granddaughter came along (2017), and in Dec (2018) gained a great grandson, also another grandson. So 6 grandkids now.
Worked in Juvenile court for some years and then went into a new area/ direction and worked 29+ years in Management in the Indl and Mfg Eng areas (Aviation). I enjoy riding my motorcycle, driving my MX5 with the top down, outdoors, and still love to travel, etc. Nothing like the fresh air, nature and the outdoors.

o work (2008) . I got to know the people, make new friends and learn some of the language and culture. It was amazing to me to learn about and actually see, feel and touch things a few thousand years old. I retired this year (May-2009) and I'm enjoying it so far. I got to see & be in the first Tao temple (think ying and yang) .... and that was great.
Rescued 2 horses in 2017 , one was a mother in terrible shape and was all bones, loss in muscle mass, and body weight was terrible... there was no body mass. . One of the worse, or worse, I have ever seen and on top of that she was also pregnant. She had a filly, and got them back healthy, and in good health, weight, etc and back to pretty horses (Tenn Mtn horses). . The the filly (2018) is now taller than her mother ... at 16.4-5 hands, she'(filly) is now (2022) over 19 hands tall (about 9- 10 ft tall to the top of her head) . But, they are strong, healthy, and doing well. Glad to be spending time around horses again... It's been work, but was just as good for me as well. . The filly is now 5 yrs old ... and as onry as a 12 yr old kid on steroids, and glutten for attention. They both really love kids and very gentle and "safe" around them.
Would love to know where and how some of the people in high school are now doing. I hope life has treated them well.
