Life
I'm happily married to a wonderful women who has also been my best buddie for 30+ years. My wife retired from teaching after 36+ years but she continues to subsitute teach. Our only son attended Jr. Collage and plans to transfer to a 4 year school soon. Until then he is working as a server. We sold our home in Laguna Niguel at the beginning of 2007 and moved to San Clemente. We are renting until the market "adjusts".
After High School I joined the Coast Guard. Spent 1 1/2 years on a search and rescue boat in L. A. Harbor and the last 2 1/2 years of my service on the lighthouse in L. A. Harbor. I am now researching the history of the lighthouse and plan to post it on a website when done.

n 3 yachts in Marina Del Rey that were to go on round-the-world trips. After all 3 didn't pan out, went to school at Orange Coast, San Diego State and Cal Poly, Pomona.
Spent nearly 10 years in management but got tired of having to deal with personel problems so I learned to program and became a consultant/contract programmer and did that for 25 years until I retired in 2006.
I had a heart attack at 48 in '87, then in '89 and again in 2007 - during a procedure inserting 4 new stints. This was my 21st heart cath. Neither of the first 2 caused any real damage but eventually I had to have 6 way by-pass in '96. Had some complications but, considering the option, I can't complain. Still fighting it (recently had stents put in twice) but I'm doing better.
Although retired I now do website development for a small number of sites.
