One of Jim's hobbies is landscape painting. Jim learned to paint watching the PBS television program The Joy of Painting with Bob Ross. You can see some of his paintings on the Jim Waligora web site....Expand for more
Bob Ross is correct when he states, "Anyone can paint using the Wet-On-Wet Technique taught by Bob Ross instructors." You really do not have to know how to draw. Email me to ask any questions or to see some current paintings. After trying landscape painting, you will, definitely, not look at the clouds the same way again.
After graduating from Gadsden High School in 1972, Jim moved to Birmingham to take a job with Holiday Inn. Jim graduated from University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 1978 and went to work for Ernst & Young CPAs, where Jim became a CPA. He went to work for Motion Indutries Inc. in 1981 as Director of Internal Auditing. In 1982, Jim started his own accounting firm.
