I was born in Portland, Oregon but now reside in Albany, Oregon. I've been to all 50 states but only resided in two; Oregon and Port Angeles, Washington I attended Benson High school through my sophomore year and then attended and graduated from Madison High School in '61. Two of my favorite quotes is: "How come there is never enough time to do things right the first time but always enough time to do things right the second time?" And: "Someone persuaded against their will is of the same opinion still." My favorite scripture is: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path." Prov 3:5,6 KJV I'm a single Christian man who loves to read and write. I love the Lord and serve Him to the best of my ability, (which means I fail daily). But praise God for His grace, mercy, love, and forgiveness. I have four wonderful kids who have done quite well for themselves and who are my life. In fact, I am writing another book and one of Legacy. As the Patriarch of the family, when Jesus comes for my spirit, the Warren history, dies with me, unless I do something about it. I also have six fantastic grand kids and eleven great grand kids, . My oldest son is a systems analyst for Nike. There is nothing he doesn't know about the computer, and if he doesn't know, give him 20 minutes and he'll figure it out. My oldest daughter is a cake decorator extraordinaire and you wouldn't believe some of her creations. My youngest son is a captain and flies for Southwest Airlines. Southwest grabbed him right away out of the Navy, as he taught T2 jets to Navy cadets. My youngest daughter is a fantastic country singer and won second place in a regional competition.
