After graduating from Birch Lane I went to McKenna Jr. High and then Massapequa High. I went to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute up in Troy, NY where I received my BS in Mechanical Engineering. I celebrated my 70th birthday by climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro. After early graduation I moved down to Brandon, FL to build 2 phosphate mines and a uranium recovery plant, then up to Joliet, IL to build a phthallic anhydride plant. In 1979 it was out to Bakersfield, CA to build a carrier board factory, then New Orleans to build a refinery, some offshore platforms and oil storage terminals plus a teachin assinment in Kuwait. I opened my own engineering firm in 1983 but closed it in 1990 when I moved to Albuquerque, NM. In ABQ I built some research labs, a semiconductor facility and some buildings.
