Life After playing the string bass in orchestras at Walker and South, I quit playing upon graduation in June of 69. Severe head trauma from a car accident in 1972, got me back on the correct path for my life...I applied and was accepted in 1974, into the Physical Therapist assistant program at Milwaukee Area Technical College, graduating with an Associate degree in 1976, beginning employment at the Village at Manor Park as a Physical Therapist Assistant where I am still employed, although in the Physical Therapy pool which means I only work if needed. I had worked for Wheaton/ascension at their various hospitals in the area although retired from their after 35 years(mainly weekends). I went into singing with the New Horizons Singers in 1978 but evolved back into playing the string bass and getting a chance to "shine" with my harmonica.
