Texan to the core. I have a devoted spouse, Jon A. Acuna Miller and a wonderful daughter, Bethany. My schools include: Johnston High School, Axia College of UoP and am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Austin, Tx. This is a major career change for me and has been long overdue. Past schools include: University of Phoenix Axia Online (AAS in Business Management), Austin Community College (Commercial Art). I've previously worked at Pacific Shore Stones as Accounts Payable and HR Liaison and have worked at Crate and Barrel as a Night Manager. At present, I'm working as a line cook to build experience in the industry. My interests include: Food & Wine, SciFi/Action movies, fantasy books...
