Jim Bettone is a husband and full time father of 3 boys. Workplace
Jim is currently residing at Microsoft working within HR in IT doing various projects. My first project I was in a developer role i.e. sitting in an office, heads down and coding. Now I am in a different role managing an offsite development team i.e. I go to LOTS of meetings.
