It has been a long long road since 1971. I took over the family business in Sept. 71 and was there till 86'. I retired the first time when I was 34 but had to come out due to the oil glut. Hit me hard. I licked my wounds and moved to Florida where I initially worked on the private Estate of Herbert W. Hoover Jr.- ( Hoover Vacuums) after 15 months went back to Auto Parts. I was diagnosed with HIV in 92 and subsequently took my Disability Oct 2, 93. I had been a top Store Manager, Training Manager, and District Manager all in 5.5 years. I Stayed in Florida until 2006. I was hit with two Hurricanes within two weeks in 2004 and lost everything. So in August of 06, on the anniversary of moving to Florida I moved to Somerset, PA and am in Heaven!!! I have had immense Health issues, none related to the HIV/AIDS. I have 5 Stents in my Heart, Two Total right Knees, Open Heart surgery to replace my Aortic Valve and a triple bypass. This list goes on to include The Renal Failures, and one Liver Failure. I stood at death's door three times and can talk about it! Otherwise, I am single as my partner died in 95.
