James's Story

I'd like to think that classmates remember me as not too bad of a dude. The fact that I was captain of the swim team and sports editor of the school newspaper would be a real plus. Honestly, I can't remember doing "wild" things in high school. It wasn't my thing. I'm retired now, so many of the story wizard questions will be left blank. I've lived in Buffalo, Clarence, Hamburg most of my life, but I've traveled quit a bit. My biggest surprise about life has been that some times it can really suck. Actually, my house pretty much the way I like it. What I've learned from having three daughters is that they can be a real pain in the ass, but also nice sometimes. out. I don't remember much about any of my teacher, but Mr. Hogan, the Latin teacher, would be interesting see again. I still like traveling, and if my significan-other of 21 years wanted to come along that would be great. My first crush was Alison Kerr. She didn't go to Grover...Buffalo Seminary. I know she got married, that's it. I lost touch about 40 years ago. If I had it over to do again, I'd probably be less politically serious. I'm a Vietnam Vet, Marine, who got to the point where I couldn't stand Liberals. That intolerance probably did me a lot more harm than them. Oh well. When you reach your sixties, I suspect what's most surprising is who is still amoung us and who is not.
