James's Story
Life
Graduated Seneca Vocational when it was still an "all guys school" (having gals in class would have made my GPA even worse then what it was).
Took a job with Worthington Pumps (now closed) as a turret-lathe operator
Moved to NYC to capture my riches. Worked for Columbia Pictures and Dean Witter.
Drafted into Army. Joined Navy 4 years worth preventing Viet-Nam visit. Trained in electronics for the A6 Intruder ballistics computer repair. Did several cruises to the Med.
Saved Buffalo from communist infiltration.
Worked at Moog, East Aurora. Married the girl next cube.
Moved to Carson City, Nevada working as a N/C technician.
Moved to Denver, Colorado. Worked for Honeywell as Field Engineer specia...Expand for more
lizing N/C Service Rep. Changed jobs to FileNET as Field Systems Engineer. Then transferred to Hewlett-Packard as Field Customer Engineer. Changed jobs HP as Systems Architect and Solutions Technology Manager..
9/2001 HP creates 6,000 layoff. I do not survive.
HP rehires me as Inside Sales Rep
HP layoff. Again, I do not survive.
Began US DoD Airforce Space Wing (aka Space Force) at Buckley Base IT Management & Support
Began Veterans Administrations IT Specialist
Retired VA.
Still married, two kids, daughter graduate from Colorado University 2002, married 2 kids and son was to graduate from Mesa State 2005 divorced 1 kid.
During Tennis, Golf & Skiing
Currently living in Colorado and Florida seasonally.
