My latest book is entitled "Generations: The Helen Cox Kersting Collection of Southwestern Cultural Arts," 430 pages, 600 color plates, published by the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art where I serve as VP, Chief Curatorial Officer and Gund Curator of Western Art. Late last year, I edited "Art Quantum: The Eiteljorg Fellowship for Native American Fine Art," University of Washington Press.

d we met in graduate school at the State University of New York, Oneonta.
In recent years, I have gone back to music which I abandoned long ago and have taken up non-pedal steel guitar, with a focus on blues, jazz, swing, and rock and ukelele in the same genres.
In 2011, I was named an Outstanding Alumnus of the College of Arts and Sciences, University of Wyoming.
There is a rumor going around that I can't wait to retire. It might be true and I am jealous of those of you who have already attained that stature.
