ter Trish married a great guy, and my son Nick married a beautiful young woman, and the family increased to eight with the addition of our son-in-law (Patrick Laughlin) and our daughter-in-law (Lauren Young). Our oldiest daughter in now an ER Doctor here in Spokane and our middle daughter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy in California. I officiate high school football in the Spokane area and just started my 31st and last year. I retired from college officiating over eleven years ago so that I could enjoy the activities of our children. I enjoy fly fishing on the area rivers, snow skiing, and occasionally scuba diving (in warmer waters); and at times playing golf. I started studying the Scottish Bagpipe and can actually play a short tune or so.".
