College I rushed through college because I thought I just had to get married. Larry Mayer & I were engaged when we both went through UTA. I majored in Psychology with a minor in Sociology. I graduated from Sam Houston H.S. June 2, 1972 at the age of 17 and began my college courses on June 7, 1972. By the time I was 18, I was just 6 weeks away from being a sophomore. My GPA was a 2.89. If I had been concentrating more I'd made better. Larry's was 3.8 or something like that with a major in Economics. We were both working 25-30 hours per week and taking Tae Kwan Do about 6 hours per week. I now work for a freight line doing rates and I have no idea where Larry is. We married in 1975 and divorced in 1979 or so. I put him through the U.T. Law School in Austin. You can write your own ending to that one. It's a common one.
