Life Greetings fellow classmates :) Since high school, I have been on the move. Finished college at East Stroudsburgh University. Did the Walt Disney World College Program (which was a blast). I was a lifeguard at Typhoon Lagoon. Also got to work in Disney MGM Studios. that was a GREAT time. It was actually hard leaving Florida, but I had 1 semester yet of school and if I didn't come back, I probably would have never graduated. I started out working after college for the Sheraton Valley Forge and Valley Forge Convention Center and only a year after that, moved to ATlantic City, NJ. I started working for a company called SMG which manages arenas, convention centers, civic centers, etc. After 3 years I was promoted and moved to Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh is where I am at now and I love it. I am the Director of Event Services for the David L. Lawrence Convention Center. This means I run all the different conventions, trade shows, banquets, and meetings that come into the building. This job has provided me with the opportunity to meet people from all areas of the world, some influential and some not so much. I have had the privelge of meeting key people in my life like President Clinton and President Bush. I have had the opportunity to meet some old but fun bands like Huey Lewis and the News, Ted Nugent, Cool and the Gang, etc. Nothing really recent, but that is OK. But I wou...Expand for more
