Jan's Story
Jan Adams (grandfather owned Adams appliance store in town). Was in the band. Played the Trumpet and French Horn. Lived on Ashville Road.
I have been happily married for 14 years. Have two children, a boy, 13 years old and a girl, 11 years old. We have lived in Alabaster, Alabama since we got married other than about 2 years in Mississippi but that does not count.

My goal for myself is to eventually finish my accounting degree. I only have two more years full-time but will probably just go part-time because of the family & other obligations.
My husband is in the Navy Reserves as a Construction Electrician. He has been to Iraq and back within the last 3 years. I just ask all of you to pray that he and all other service members are kept safe in their fight for War on Terrorism. I know some folks to do not believe in the War on Terrorism but I would rather the War be somewhere else than on American soil!
