Jan's Story
After a couple years at Grossmont College, I did two years in the Navy. I then met my wife, Patti Nolan in a singing group at San Diego Sate College. We have been married for forty five years, which included three children Mark, Erin, and Ryan. Our Daughter Erin went to college in Indiana where she met her husband and has given us three wonderful grandchildren. Our oldest son Mark went to college in Indiana and Northern California. daughters. Our second son Ryan got a degree batchelor's degree at San Diego State. Several years later he received a master's degree. He met his wife, Suson at Willson Creek winery in Temecula. They have no children, but two great Huskies. I worked for the Navy for thirty four years through civil service in the capacity of pipe fitter, mechanical inspector, estimator, and chief estimator. My wife and I love to travel, fishing, hiking, prospecting, sight seeing, and visit flea markets. We have lived in La Mesa, Oceanside, Kingman AZ, and currently in Salem OR.
