Jan's Story
Hello all -- I'm currently living in Bayfield, Colorado (just outside of Durango), enjoying life as a contractor with my new husband, Dave. We married last June after several years of friendship and construction adventures. I spent 20 years as a political science professor (now retired), and several more as a firefighter and EMT.

ehind me. I love scuba diving and wreck diving. Although I have enjoyed my years in snowy Colorado, Dave and I plan to move to Mexico in the next few years. I also spent 3 weeks in Ireland last year with my 26-year-old son, Jerad.
I credit Alan Legg from Ft. Collins High and Mr. and Mrs. Bassett from Fullerton High with giving me the confidence to go on to college and do the things I have done in life.
