Well I must say that life is an Adventure...only to be challenged by the Journey in itself. After graduation from Titusville High School in 1969 I attended Brevard Community College for 2 years and then headed for the University of Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida in 1973 and was going to be a teacher, but had an opportunity to work at Walt Disney World while I was doing my student teaching in Orlando and I just never left the Entertainment environment. I had some great opportunities with the company to allow me to explore many different types of careers. Thank goodness such a company existed for me, as I would have been fired at any other job. I started in 1974 in Attractions, but went into Recreation and then into the Hotel Industry part of the Company in 1975(and able to many different types of jobs and promotions) I was married in 1976 and had two boys and was divorced in 1986. I continued to work at Walt Disney World and have been in Management since 1976. I lived in Orlando till 1999 and had an opportunity to relocate to Anaheim CA to help in the construction and opening of Disney's California Hotel.
