Life
In High School I was known as Jana White. I was married to Jeff Whelan on December 14, 1963. We have been been married 45 years this year. We have 2 children, Jeff, Jr.is 43 & Julie is 38. Jeff is married to Amy they had a son, Liam Michael, who will be 8 years old on August 21st. and Donovan Cassidy who will be 4 years old on August 18th. They are the delight of our lives. Both our son and daughter-in-law work in Special Education and Amy also teaches sign language. My parents are both now at the DeKalb County Nursing home. My dad has been a patient there 6 years and mom went in 1 year after she moved into a much bigger home with us. Wi...Expand for more
th our family growning though we definately needed more room. Our daughter Julie was married on Dec. 26, 2008 and lives in Rockford with her husband, black lab and 3 cats.
I have been a Realtor/Broker since 1992 and love it! Before that I worked as a pharmacy technician at Kiswaukee Community Hospital. I enjoyed that but love the freedom and rewards of being in my own business. I just changed Real Estate companies and now am with ReMax Experience. I am nothing like I was in high school and my life hasn't been perfect but it's been very interesting and rewarding. Our 45th class reunion was the best one ever. It was great to see everybody.
