Jane's Story
In the last 30+ years, I have been keeping busy. I left for college a few days after graduating from high school. Five years and three schools later I graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a degree in Elementary Education. After an unsuccessful job search, I returned home and opened a bicycle shop.
For the next 8 years I ran the bike shop, got married and had a son. We bought a house in Poway and decided to add to our family. Just before my second child was born (also a son), I closed the business and became a domestic goddess. My husband and I continued to add onto our family with two more sons. During that time I got involved with playgroups and nursery school.

and various activities with my boys.
In 2003 my husband was offered a nice raise and promotion but we had to move to LA. We found a nice small rural community in northern LA county where we bought and house and moved a very unhappy group of boys.
Our boys have learned to love the area we are in. I am working as a kindergarten teacher and love my job. My two oldest boys have graduated from high school. One is working full time in the tech industry and the other is attending college. The other two boys are still in high school. One will graduate this year and the other two years later. Both are planning on going to college after they graduate.
That pretty much sums it up in a nut shell. At this point I am looking forward to the time in which all my children have moved out and the house is quiet.
