Jane's Story
I am still living in Redford after all these years...I need to get out more! I was married to Michael Davis (RU class of 72) for 25 years and divorced in 2000. Sadly, Michael died in a car accident in 2003. I have 3 wonderful daughters and 4 grandchildren (soon to be 5!) who keep me busy with their activities (I thought I was done with fundraisers, football games, school concerts etc...boy, was I wrong!). My favorite thing to do is to travel to the UP (Calumet)-I just love to sit on the beach in Eagle River and watch the power and beauty of Lake Superior! My dream is to move there-and I almost succeeded during the summer of 2008 when I was offered a job in Houghton. Unfortunately, the timing was off and I could not take the job. Am still wondering if I made the right decision!!
