Olivia Sethney is the Vice-President of Transaction Management Services for Fidelity National Title Group.
She and her team design and deliver innovative technologies to early adopters in real estate, escrow and title operations nationwide. Their goal is to enhance efficiency and reduce risk without asking clients to change familiar business practices. From 1984 to 1986 she managed an independent Coldwell Banker Real Estate franchise. Previously, she served as VP Loan Review and Lending Officer for First National Bank, Oklahoma City.
Ms. Sethney graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a BA in Business. She completed her MBA at the University of Colorado and post-graduate studies at TUCK Business School, Dartmouth.
