Jane's Story
Well, where do I begin? It has been a rather eventful 38 years. But let me start with my current life situation. The date of this update is January 2, 2016. For the last 10 years, I have been living in Bakersfield, CA, and I don't care for it, but I am stuck here for now. I have also lived in San Diego, Tennessee, Virginia, and Italy (for 3 years during the Gulf War and where I gave birth to my second son). Obviously, I have done a lot of moving around, as my ex-husband was in the Navy (he retired in 2004). I have three sons, Michael 34 yrs. (I didn't marry his father and raised him alone for 6 years), Brandon 25 yrs., and Justin 22 yrs. I lost my third son Patrick (he was stillborn) in 1992. Career wise, I am currently an entrepreneur, investor, astrologer, tarot reader, paranormal investigator, channeler, and I am writing some books. I am also a 3rd Degree Wiccan Priestess (no I don't worship Satan LOL, as I am Pagan). I got married in 1987 and separated from my ex in 1996. I graduated from Cypress College in 1985, Poway Beauty Academy (as an esthetician) in 2001, and then from massage school in 2001. salon, as a massage therapist, as a grocery store cashier, at a gym, and while my sons were little, I did child care. My health has been excellent for the most part. My parents (I was adopted at 9 yrs.) are both still alive (in their mid 80's) and still live in the house they raised me in. I was a practicing Roman Catholic, but left the Church in 2001. I did get to meet Pope John Paul in 1990 while visiting the Vatican. I have also visited England, Spain, and Germany. Politically, I am a socially moderate, but fiscally conservative Reagan Republican. My current interests are astrology and other spiritual/esoteric studies/practices, paranormal investigating, reading, going to the movies, herb gardening, playing board games, domestic travel, and light work outs. My oldest son lives in L.A. My other two sons still live with me. I haven't had much contact with any of the people I attended high school with over the years, but would still like to. I was last in contact with Jeanne Little (who I understand passed away from brain cancer in 2008) in 2003 when I went by her mom's for a visit and I spoke with Pam Graf (class of 78) on the phone in 2005. At that time she was living in Ramona, CA with her husband and 3 children.
