Jane Cook's Story
I am a retired teacher educator still working part time with the Teacher Internship Program in Kentucky. I am married now for 43 years to David, an insurance agency manager and we have one son and three granddaughters and a daughter-in-law who are both graduates of UK College of Agriculture. My husband and son are both in insurance and also manage a 520 acre family farm
raising beef cattle(Angus mostly). We are active members of Bethel Christian Church and we live in the country about 60 miles east of Lexington.

Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher for 14 yrs at the HS level and 23 yrs. at Morehead State U. I still work part-time for MSU helping to train new teachers. I am a grandmother with 3 granddaughters 6 yrs., 4yrs. and 1 yr. My husband and I have been married 43yrs. We live on a farm in Bath Co., KY. I love to cook, sew and volunteer at my church and in my community. Life is great!!!!! Da vid is now in the process of having a 1949 Chev. Pick up truck restored that his Dad bought new in Nov. 1949 for $600.00. It has never been out of the Ellington family. His big boy toy!!!!!!!
