Jane's Story
I never really planned my life and I'm not sure if it would have turned out better or worse for it. Here's my backstory in case anyone is interested:
I went to college at SU and got a BFA in Commercial Illustration. My other personality wanted to go into medicine so we compromised and I found my way into doing a Master's degree in Medical Illustration in Dallas TX.
I realized that wasn't my calling so I started a 3D computer graphic animation business and ran it with my partner for about 9 years(before the age of PCs). I also picked up rowing again in 1987 when I found out that Dallas had a sculling club. After I go...Expand for more
t bored of the business and rowing in 1995, I got married and moved to Florida, then we had son#1. The next year we moved to Washington DC...hated it there because the cost of living was so high. So we moved back to Dallas, had son#2.
Realizing that divorce was on the horizon, I went back to school and I'm now in school full time for another Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. I have about 14 months left of rotations. Not sure what's next and I'm still wondering what the heck I want to do with my life other than rowing, running and have fun with my kids. If anybody has any good suggestions, please let me know.
