Janell's Story
Hi, I am Janell Richard. I was married, but am divorced. I have one son. I lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan for 28 years. I worked for UpJohn Pharmaceutical for 20 years, took early retirement after 20 years. I decided to change career path deals with mental illness clients. I worked for Hope Network Behavorial Health Network for 8 years, then I was layed off. So, the doors were open for me to go back to school and finish what I started 33 years ago to get a degree. n May 2011 with a bachelor degree in Psychology. I planned to worked with the city of Dallas in the Sassie program, which deals with substance abuse clients, but at this present time, I am a Child Crisis Specialist which deals with children who has been removed from their home for neglect/abuse.
I have been saved for 30 years. This has been the most exciting years of my life. Yes, Jesus is the center of my life. .I am an evangelist. I am involved with the prison/jail ministry, and do a lot of outhreach in the community. I'm just loving it. I'm excited about the reunion.
