Janet's Story

If I'm going to work somewhere, I need to have no harassment, no cliques, and peace of mind to be able to deal with the day-to-day. I have lived in Petaluma, where I grew up, New Jersey because I had a military assignment there, Anchorage Alaska for thje same reason, Then back to NJ. 1st, McGuire AFB, then Browns Mills. Then Magnolia to be closer to my job at the time, then Stratford,now Lindenwold.I need to be in a place with easy access to Atlantic City, as my daughter works there. The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is James Willis, because he was the best and truest friend I ever had. The teacher I would like to see and think of often is Mr. Cleveland. iladelphia perks my interest with all the history, and reminds me of him. If I won $100 million, I'd give lots of it to my family, then spend the rest on paying off bills, a house and a nest egg. My best friend would tell you I'm quiet, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as cold or shy. I share my home with my youngest daughter, which I find comforting. If I got one do over, I would have gotten divorced about 10 years earlier than I did. Would have saved a whopping load of misery,trouble, and finances. The thing that would surprise people at my reunion , I think, would be that I am a lot stronger and valid than they thought. A lot of them could have never held up to the things I have endured, some of it perpetrated by some of them.
