Life
hi everyone. my life since graduation has indeed been a very interesting one. to make a long story short: i married my high school sweetheart, john finchum, moved to germany and delivered twin boys-john steven and david michael. later, we moved to greenville south carolina where my husband was attending bob jones university. while there preparing for the ministry, i delivered a precious little girl-mary rebecca. after 15 years of marriage, john ran off with the deacon's wife and i had to start afresh and anew. previously i had been a happily married wife and mother, doing the good christian wife and mother routine. i was left jobless and penniless and with 3 children all below the age of 10 years. after alot of anguishing tears, hard work, and stubborn...Expand for more
determination and of course with God's help i was able to return to school. i am now a very happy and successful rn iv at a rural hospital in central virginia. i manage a med. surg. floor and have been here for 16 years. i have on granddaughter that is 5 and a grandson that is 2. the grandson is the apple of my eye because he only lives 6 min. away from me. i am remarried at the present to a crane operator. remarriage has its ups and downs. well, that is my life in a very small nutshell. oh, does anyone remember charles taylor who moved to richmond after our 8th grade year? he is a urologist at my hospital. he has changed like you would not believe. he is like 8 foot tall and very distinguished. not the chuck taylor we all remember. see ya later. janet
