Janet's Story
After graduating, I went to Chaffey Jr.College for one year. Married Rudy (Chino,1967) in 1969. We had 3 days from the time he graduated from Basic Training,to get married and get to Fort Sill,OK.We spent 6 months there. Came home, then went to Germany for a year. We lived in Ontario. He was in the prison system, we transferred up here to Tehachapi in 1984.
I was the librarian at Alta Loma Jr. High from 1979 till we moved. Here in Tehachapi I started working at the prison in 1986; in Records and Accounting. I me...Expand for more

Rudy and I divorced in 1991, still friends.
Then I made a mistake in 1994; divorced in 1999!
I am totally happy alone now.
I have MS. Am doing much better now since I retired. Walking without a cane. I have been pretty fortunate in my progression.
I do rubberstamping and polymer clay. Enjoy birding, walking my dog and traveling with friends.
I have a very good support system here. My closest friends are my "family", I'm Grandma Janet.
I'm an out-of-control "Garfield" and teapot collector.
