Janet's Story
Life
I met my husband Steve while I was in college at USC and we married a month after I graduated. We moved to San Jose for a year while he worked as a toy salesman and I received my teaching credential at San Jose State. However, I never got the opportunity to use it, as I then worked in the savings and loan industry for 16 years. We couldn't bear being away from Burbank, so moved back as soon as jobs opened up in LA, and bought the house I grew up in from my parents, where we lived for 16 years before moving to S...Expand for more

We have two daughters, Christine, a music education graduate of Azusa Pacific University, and Allison, who is in the special ed program at Valencia High School and loves music, baseball, basketball, and competing in Special Olympics.
When we're not driving sports cars, competing in a vintage car rally, or riding trains, I do a lot of singing and worship leading at church, and play tennis, softball or go skiing whenever I can.
