Janet's Story

I've been married and am now divorced, no children. Have lived in various places ranging from a few years in a small town in central Illinois; a few months in Fort Lauderdale, Florida; to 10 years in Atlanta, Georgia. I moved back to Chicago in 1986 to help care for my parents. And moved to the 'burbs in 1991 - first Park Ridge and now Elk Grove Village. ostly fun stuff history, psychology, art history, music appreciation etc. but never interested in any one thing or course of study enough to buckle down and get a degree. I've worked full-time for the last 20 years for the same boss/friend. And the companies have ranged from very large to very small. He's now semi-retired and basically I have the office to myself most of the time. No office politics, very refreshing! I'm looking forward to re-connecting with some of my fellow classmates.
