Janet's Story
Life
Married and divorced twice. Love being single. Passionate about baseball and the NY Yankees (always have been). My picture is at the new Yankee Stadium in 2009, its inaugural year. I'm an archaeologist for the National Park Service. I love my dogs, Walker and Bruin. I also have 5 cats (rescues) and a bunch of turtles and tortoises. I've reconnected with some wonderful CHSers on one of the social sites; that's been fun!

shy and miserable in High School. There were a few people I had fun with and were good friends. School was relatively unimportant in my education.
College
Undergrad - San Diego State and Cal State Northridge
M.A. and Ph.D. in anthropology from UCLA. GO BRUINS!
Workplace
Archaeology has taken me to projects in AZ, CO, TX, and for the last 18 years I've lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The Land of Enchantment is an archaeologist's dream!
