Janet's Story
Life
Hi There!
I'm currently married with 2 daughters, ages 6 and 12. I work for Borders Group in Human Resources, my husband works for Ford Motor Company in Material Logistics. My family is my life, and when I have a little extra time, I enjoy scrapbooking with my girlfriends. I enjoy volunteering at my kids' schools, and try very hard not to miss any of their soccer games. After moving from Croswell in 8th grade, I graduate from Walled Lake Western High School. From there I went to Michigan State where I earned a Bachelors in Business and then an MBA. I went to work at Ford after graduation, where I met my husband Mark. After our second child was born, I left my job and never looked back. workforce at Borders Group, and have been there for about 18 months.
My children are the light of my life! I enjoy volunteering at their schools, cheering them on in soccer and attending my older daughter's choir concerts.
I love taking pictures! And then I put my favorite photos in scrapbooks, which is both a personal and social past time.
I was thrilled to be contacted by Leanne, and hope to attend the 25th reunion--it's been forever since I've seen or talked to anyone from there, but I hope to renew some old friendships! I'm sad to see some of the people I remember best are not yet on the "found" list, but I have hope!
As a closing thought: To this day, whenever I have to buy sugar at the grocery store, I always insist on Pioneer!!!!
