Janet's Story
Life
My Spouse is Bobby. We've been married 39 years this December (2010).
My family relocated from Dickinson to Huntsville in 1966. I thought it was the end of the world. I met my husband that year. He was the quarterback of the football team and president of his class. I was "IN LOVE" and never looked back. We dated for the next four years and married in 1971. We've been together since then through thick and thin.
My Pets
We have a couple of cats who keep us laughing all the time and just recently lost our yellow lab, Gypsy. In process of adopting another little furry creature.
My Kids
My husband and I have twins, a boy and a girl, born in 1983 after several ye...Expand for more
ars of trying. We had been married 11 years when they came along. They are both college graduates and have moved on to careers. They are great kids and have stayed out of trouble.
My Job
I am the Office Manager for a company in the Galleria area of Houston. I love it, but I'm beginning to believe Bobby and I may never retire ... we may just work until we fade into the sunset. I know there are others out there who have the same thought.
I loved high school both in Huntsville and in Dickinson, although my BFF there, Ronnie Kint and I got into a lot of mischief. I've gone back to good old Huntsville for a few reunions. It is always great to reconnect with old friends.
