Life
I live in Owasso, OK, which is a suburb of Tulsa. I'm married to Chris and have two adult, married children of my own (Adam, 25 and Jesse, 22)and two step-children (Sean, 22 and Jessica 17!). I married an Anglican priest who has a great sense of humor and rides a motorcycle. (And so do I)! I have been a therapist for twenty years and am in private practice, though now I am only involved with teenage pregnancy and open adoption. I have written four books and am currently working on two more. Additionally, I write poetry, lyrics, and songs. I received my motorcycle license one year ago and drive my husband's Honda 1300. 07, I had an accident and broke my right hand (among other things) and haven't been back on yet because I am still healing! Gotta love being over 50!!!
I have two dogs, Charles & Abbey. Charles is a black and white collie mix and Abbey is a full-bred chocolate lab with the best personality! She's truly my girl.
My sister, Nancy, is in Dallas; my brother, David, is in Massachusetts; and Rick is in San Jose, CA. Dad died of cancer in 2000, but Mom is still in Miami and doing well. In February, 2008, she had a total knee replacement on her right knee, which has taken quite awhile to heal. But, she's healing slowly. Hope to hear from you all!
