Janice's Story
My life as it looks now...
Currently, I have a wonderful husband of fifteen years whom many of you may remember because he graduated with us too...Adam King. We have three fantastic children together...twin boys who are ten, and our youngest son who is seven. I'm probably in the middle of one of the busiest times of my life ever as I just completed a 700-hour counseling internship while attending classes on the weekends and continuing to be a full-time wife and mother (which just recently meant four nights a week out on the baseball field with the boys!). Before and during my work on my master's degree, I've been a stay-at-home mom to our three boys. For those of you who've been there, you know that this basically means a jack-of-all trades...nurse, teacher, motivator, athletic director, classroom volunteer, maid, cook, etc., etc....probably one of the hardest jobs ever!
And before that...I attended Western Michigan University (go Broncos!) to earn my secondary teaching certificate and my bachelor's degree in both French and English. After I graduated, I was a French / English teacher for five years, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Looking forward to seeing everyone at our 20-year class reunion!
