Janine's Story
After graduating from FVHS (I can't believe it's been over 20 years! OMG I'm old...NOOOOOOOOO!) I continued my education. I earned an AA degree in Administration of Justice from Golden West College and a BA degree in Legal Studies from Chapman University. I also got certifications in Legal Assisting (Paralegal) and Crime and Intelligence Analysis. I worked in police departments as a Police Cadet, Community Services Officer, and a Crime Analyst Intern and in law firms as a File Clerk and Paralegal.
About 12 years ago I moved up to the Sacramento area to accept a job offer to work full-time as a Crime and Intelligence Analyst for a local police department and I've been living here ever since. It is okay, but will never be "home" like Southern California.

ly married. My husband and I have been together for about 9 years. We have an awesome cat named Rico and hope to get him a "little sister" of the furry variety (a German Shepherd puppy) very soon. My husband has two adult daughters and I have a niece and two nephews under age 5 that are a lot of fun.
Some of my current interests or hobbies are: Surfing the internet, playing videogames, reading, doing different craft projects, interior decorating/design, setting up a (brackish) fish aquarium, The Penguins of Madagascar, movies, law enforcement, listening to music like Depeche Mode and showtunes/soundtracks, baseball, adding and crossing things off my Places to Go and Things to Do (Fun Adventures) List, and thinking about going back to school for my Masters degree.
