Jason's Story
Life
I've been in a relationship with my girlfriend, now, for over a year. Things are going great - we have a little boy together and he'll be one on June 2 (I can hardly believe it!). I enjoy spending the weekends with him as often as possible - unless he's not feeling well.
My four-year-old enjoys spending time with him as well and he really enjoys trying to help me take care of his little brother. I miss my daughter - she stays with her mother since the divorce we went through, and our son has stayed with me full-time since then. Of course he has a difficult time dealing with the fact that his mother doesn't want to be around more, but I try to help him through it a day at a time - that's all I can really do. He doesn't ask about her as much anymore nowadays, which makes it...Expand for more
a little easier - I always tell him the truth (or as much as he can understand) whenever he asks though.
God continues to bless us, which really blows me away sometimes. I've decided to start development on a line of Christian games out of my house - mostly RPG right now. I've acquired some game-writing programs recently and fill that there is a void in that area that needs filling. Other than that I am looking forward to starting my new job at Aflac - I've been trying to get in there for a long time, but I still have a difficult time accepting that I was actually offered a position there. It seems unreal to me the way God opens doors for us in times of need, but it is always in His timing - He is never late or early.
Until the next update,
God Bless,
