Jason's Story
ok here it goes, i was born, i lived, i died, charles dickens.
But for real grad from SBH, i got a temp job working at Ft Caswell, man kids can be a pain(lol). then the october after school I did what most of you knew i would do joind the military, off to Ft benning thrown in to a chair and all my long bleached blonde hair was taken from me, man i looked just like Jason from friday the 13th. went to U.S ARMY INFANTRY SCHOOL, I was in the exact building my father took basic training, then off to a place they call "Jump School" more like "get your ass out of my plane" school so any of you who sky dive--until you have 60 pounds of gear, your rifle, and another 40 pounds of parachute, stepping out of a plane 1000' in to total darkness..you are still a "leg", (taking my med's) ok, anyway got stationed at FT.Lewis, assigned to the 2/75`ABN, also fondly know as a RANGER unit, got to "jump" (THEIR IS THAT WORD AGIAN) from perfectly good airplane,(WELL MAYBE NOT SO PERFECT IT IS A MILITARY PLANE) many times(got the back problems and knee problems to prove it), and to use a rifle at a very long range, I could hit you before you would even here it, wham your on the ground! but not to worry i did not have too many enemys in school only 3 and they know who they are (oh yes you do) but i would do it all over agian. then off to Germany, where mistake uhh wife #1 had a son (my buddy) which he still lives their. got stationed in a great town Bamburg, old and cool,then moved to a place called erlangen (home of the actress elkie summer) were I worked at a range control, tanks grenades machine guns oh my, to train the troops to be ready for the red army(that never came) ok then the turn of events a very nasty type of people, that like to ride camels and clean with their left hand (yuck) desert strom, after that off to an absoutly cool town nuremburg (nazi headquaters for all you history buffs) coolest place i have ever been stationed, then mistake uhh wife #2 (whole nother story)ask me if you dare haha) the Bosnia thing boy what a blast, country side looks like N.C any hooo, got stationed to FT cambell Band of Brothers) there I got to "jump"

word agian) from a helicopter, well i did get to use a rope, and the cool thig,,,,,,,,,,is that the helicopter comes and gets you when you thru with the mission, unlike airborne where its out the door and "see ya" ,,"have a nice walk back" , now for the down side of my life, clinton, dude gave me and a whole bunch more, "pink slips for everybody" first discharge due to clinton's draw down so I went back to germany to live and travel and try to fix marrage #2 for a year, and saw about 80% of europe,guess i should of saw less of europe and more of her? naaaaa lots of passport stamps, moved to my original home of florida, and got back into the reserves and became a M.P.(military police)and wife #3, the only italion that could cook,,no wait,,sicilion even worse went back to Bosnia, and due to me being off and playing caption fredom led to ,yes #4 (I love punishment) you think?? ah this one is a keeper and got out agian, went to school became ems certified drive the truck lights and sirens(really cool stuff to see, blood guts and brains ohh my) and an ocasional baby deleverd here and their, then back in to the national guard, i just could not sit around and let everybody else have all the fun in the desert so putting fate to chance and see if this wife would stick it out and YESSS!!! she did off the Afghanistain, then on my return back to the EMS, then took a full time job with the guard training troops in deploying to the middle east. I get a satisfaction knowing that i am sending the guys off with all the tools and skills they will need to come back to their families alive. and after 8 years i still have my bride(#4) by my side I have 2 harleys, his and hers, got hers for a valentines gift, got the normal toys, boat 33'camper, dirt bikes, pool, new car and truck, nice house 4300sq, and a very nice weapon collection, the best thing i have is my wife, one could ever hope for or deserve, she has been by my side for all the stress the military could ever throw in our lives but she takes it like a champ, people who say money can't buy happiness, just don't know where to shop, cause she deserves the very best and I can and will get it for her
