Jay's Story
Life
My life in four paragraphs and < 2000 characters  how depressing. Oh well. Life has been a wee bit interesting since I walked out of those high-school gates. Not exactly as expected, but I have not been one to do the expected -- nothings changed there. After high school I tried Community College for a year, but that wasnÂt for me. I spent the next 7 years playing and working at a variety of jobs (i.e., manufacturing & construction)  mainly playing. 7 years later I figured that was enough of that and decided it would be better to use brains rather than brawns to make a living. So, I went back to college. (ThatÂs what I was suppose to do after high school, right? So, IÂm a little late)
I eventually graduated from West Valley and U.C. Santa Cruz with 2 degrees (I was un-decisive so I had 2 majors  I had the time). Once I had proven to the world I could put my life on hold and sit through college, it was then time to start a career, get marrie...Expand for more
d and buy a house (just like I was suppose to do). So, a couple years after graduating I was married and living in the East Bay.
It was time to have kids, but funny how Âlife gets in the way of our plans. I took a while, but I finally got a son in 2007.
Over the years IÂve gone through Âa few travails, but managed to get a MBA.. So, IÂm an over educated worker bee with all his hair.
IÂve moved around the East Bay and figured out I like space - not the booming metropolis. So IÂve kept moving further out and have eventually ended up with a bit of land in the Delta area. Unfortunately that booming metropolis is now swallowing up my little piece of country. Ugh! So, I have moved to the Nothern Rocky Mountains where it is kind-of like San Jose when I grew up (but with less people)..
What does the future hold for me? I do know my plans may undergo revisions - not of my choice, but based on ÂlifeÂ. Thanks for wasting a little bit of your time here.
