Jayne McKillop's Story
I graduated in June of 67 and went to City college for a year, then went to work for the Del Monte Corporation in the city. Got married to my boyfriend since junior high school, Frank Simmons who was 2 years older than me. Frank went to Mission High School. We were married 7 years when he passed away. Am still close to my in-laws from Frank's family to this day.
I got married again to Mike O'Neill who went to Balboa but was 3 1/2 years older than me and we were together for 14 years had a beautiful baby girl who is now 29. She was born in 1982. Mike was a San Francisco Police Officer. I started working again to get a divorce and was a single mom for some time. Was still living in the city. Mike bought me out of our home near St. Francis Woods and I moved to Marin County, Larkspur and commuted to San Francisco where I had been working for quite some time at Coopers and Lybrand.

me! He is from England and we got married in England. This is the keeper. He is a great father to our daughter and we bought a home in San Rafael where we reside. We have purchased a lot in Prescott, Arizona to build our retirement home there. I am working for a law firm in Sausalito and plan on staying there til I retire. My mother is 96 years old and now lives with us along with a live in caregiver.
I have been through lots but everything has worked out GREAT!
I still have my good friend Lucy Godoy who has been my friend since junior high and we are in touch constantly, and Jill Driscoll who went through kindergarden through high school. See a few other people too. See some friends that went to Mission HS still also and some from Woodrow Wilson.
We have a great home, our daughter is beautiful, 2 dogs, a 111 lb giant schnauzer and a 78 lb golden doodle.
I love gardening, exercising, friends, movies, reading, gourmet cooking, traveling, having friends over for dinner, games, swimming, knitting.
