Jean's Story

well since high school alot has happened as i am sure with most of us. if you remember me in high school, i was an upbeat kinda kid that skipped classes alot in my sophmore year. it seemed like my soph and jr years where more about hanging out at the smokers doors and making it through enough to get to the next year. thinking about those years, i did have fun and alot of memories from whether it was hanging around with the stoners at the smoking doors or doing my thing with the hot kids by being involved in class activities.i was pretty easy to get along with. i loved concert choir, being on the gymnastics team my first year but couldnt get height in ariels because i was top heavy, (which i was self conscious about), and filmaking, drama class was a blast. i even tried the debate team. then i fell for a guy from edsel ford and life turned. i became one of those teenage statistics and had a baby just before graduation. i did graduate with a 4.0gpa even through all the changes and diversities and we have had 4 beautiful and wonderful children since. life changes since then i haved lived in alabama, georgia, colorado which i love and cant get enough of and then i took the wrong turn south on i-95 and have been in florida on and off for about 12 years. i live in the world's most famous beach. my life for the most part now is living here. my kids except robin,(33) the daughter i had before grad, still lives in michigan. she has given me 3 beautiful and amazing grandaughters. i wish they would move to daytona. my daughter, al...Expand for more
ana (24)is giving me a new and first grandson march 4th. my son michael,(26) his girl nicole, is giving me another grandson in july. and my son dustin (23) is an amazing musician. i am truly blessed. career wise, i am a server and always have been because its what i love to do and i make good money for my lifestyle. currently i work at a private yacht club. i have a wonderful time working here. i have excellent hospitality skills and build strong repoires in the industries. i am not rich and dont care if i ever will be. i feel in my heart if i did have money, i'd give it away to help as many as i could.especially my family. but sometimes its just a little harder to do a little more. i am a survivor and always know that the god gets me through. everyday i am thankful for who i am. i've also worked at many other things like construction sites which was so much fun. i became a master engine tech for sea ray boats putting the engine rooms together for 40 to 52 foot yachts. it was a very exciting adventure. travel agent what an awesome job. karoke host alot alot of fun since i can rock the house. so theres been so many things. i can say that everything ive experience in the jobs i have done, i haved loved them all. but anyways, i am jeannie and my memories of truman high school are good. the class of 76 was in a new school from the start of 10th grade and it was fresh concept to all of us being at a place where we would spend the next 2-3 years together. and it for me was a good time and place in my life to be.
