Jean's Story
I have stayed in the southeast Portland area(love the vibe), I married a year after graduating and divorced 16 years later. I have grown daughters and one grandchild. I am a registered nurse at Doernbecher Children's Hospital and Clinics specializing in Pediatric Cardiology. n my biggest surprise. I always figured at my age.... it's not going to happen.
I've considered moving out of state to someplace back east, but each time I get more serious about planning, I come around that curve going north on I-5 (on the Terwilliger curves), see the blue sky (in summer and early fall) reflecting off Mt. Hood and my plans begin to dissolve. There's something about our trees, more open spaces and the mountain views that still gets to me.
