Jean's Story
Married 1961...widowed 1999. RN degree 1987. Husband paralyzed from auto accident in 1988. Lived on Lake Coeur d' Alene 1991 to 2003. Traveled to Israel...2000 & 2004...looking forward to a return trip in 2011 or 2012. Relocated from Idaho to Illinois...Idaho wins hands down for location. 2009 painted a mural for a Church in Sunset Louisiana of the seven, "Feasts of the Lord". It measures; 14' 10" long 66" high...I spent six months on that one. I frequently work on computers...software, not hardware, ...I like computers running lean & mean. Busy organizing a children's dance team. Hate to sew, but I do force myself so I can make worship flags etc. etc. etc. I don't understand people that get bored...where do they find the time to be bored. I am blessed.
Hobbies & interests: Travel...teaching...scuba...dancing...painting...photography & photo editing with Photoshop, computer workÃÂ, interior design, meeting & talking to strangers...etc. etc...Expand for more

Went on a scuba trip on the Juliet sailing & drive boat...out of Miami...awesome. My first dive with a shark was on this trip.
I have three wonder children...two I gave birth to...the other my daughter brought into the family by marriage...I have the world's best son-in-law...4 grandchildren that thinks grandma is special [Go figure!] My oldest grandchild is in his third year of college...studying to be a youth pastor. [He is now in CO doing his internship.] He still calls frequently to "ask grandma a question". It makes me feel needed and loved when I have grandchildren that value my opinion.
My prayer is to be an example of what it means to show others the love of G-d, and the saving power of Yeshua. That when all is finished and I stand before my Lord ...He says, "Well done good and faithful servant." That all my family & friends will all be there, and hear the same response.
