Jean's Story
Life
Since graduation .. I got married and have been for 29 years now. We live in Sheridan,Wyoming. We have 3 Children .. A son Bradly 28, one grandson, his name is Darien. They live in Georgia..a daughter Jennifer 26,in Sheridan, Wyoming .. and a son Justin 24, Sheridan, Wyoming.. Both of my sons are married.
I have both an Assoicates degree in Pharmacology and in Computer Information Systems and I'm a Supervisor at the K-Mart store here .. As of August 2005, I now have my Substitute Teaching Certification for the field of Special Education.. I am now employed at the Sheridan High School Special Education Department.
I enjoy going to the mountains with my family and camping out ... gardening, cooking , horse back riding , working with the cattle and brandings.. I just enjoy the country life and my family as a whole...
I have taken up oil painting and photography and enjoy them as well ...
My oldest son will be leaving in three weeks for Iraq .. and will be gone for a year.....Expand for more
so I'm Planning a trip to Georgia to see him before he goes .. I still come back to Salina 4 times a year or more to Visit my mother..And enjoy the trips each time..
This October my mother passed away, and still as always there is no better friend to me as Karl Ryan has been. I cherish our friendship. I still plan on coming back to Salina often, for I still have family and friends that live there.
Winter has finally come to my part of the world and as always it is beautiful this time of year. We have about 8 inches of snow on the ground, and the Deer have started coming into my yard to sleep at night. What a grand site that is to see . I do have to admit, I end to spoil them a bit, by setting up a small feed bunk in the corner of my L - shaped hedge, and have rolled out a bail of hay for their bedding. But they seem to be a little tamer every year. 3 years ago I had only two that would come, now I have 7 that keep coming back year after year now . I look forward to seeing them.
