Jean-marie Harris:  

I'm an Air Force brat and only child. I moved to Warner Robins, GA when I was in 6th grade and attended Rumble Junior High and Warner Robins High School. At the end of my sophomore year, my dad retired from the Air Force and we moved to Phoenix, AZ. I spent my last two years of high school at Camelback HS. Right after high school, I moved to Flagstaff and attended NAU where I met my husband of 36 years now!! We eloped the end of my sophomore year and never looked back! As much as I never wanted to marry and Air Force man, my husband joined AFROTC barely a month after we got married! Go figure. The Air Force took us to Edwards AFB; Syracuse, NY; San Antonio, TX; and finally back to CA to March AFB where we finally stopped moving. I quit college the beginning of my senior year when our first son was born and stayed home for many years to be a full-time mom. It was totally worth it - we have three awesome children: Rob, 35, an LAPD officer, Courtney, 28, a pharmacy tech, and Jonathan, 24, a video assistant on film sets. They amaze me each and every day.
