Life
I love to travel and since I'm married to a man that won't get on a plane, I go places with friends, strangers, or even alone. But I'm not your ordinary tourist. I'm an adventurer! I'm a certified scuba diver, diving with dolphins in Honduras, sting-rays in Grand Cayman, eels in Curacao, and sharks in Bora Bora. I've done a zip-line canopy tour in Costa Rica, innertubed down an underground river in Belize, and hiked across Rarotonga in the Cook Islands. I've been on a barefoot cruise on an old sailing ship around the British Virgin Islands, and danced on a float in a Carnival...Expand for more
parade in the Dominican Republic. I've been at Chitchen Itza on the equinox to watch the shadow of the snake run down the steps of the pyramid, and at the Incan solstice festival in Cuzco. I've climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, and been awakened by lions roaring outside my tent in the Serengeti. My trip to Peru last year included a flight over the Nasca lines, a home-stay on an island on Lake Titicaca, and four days hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. Now it's time to get a job and start saving up for my next adventure � maybe tramping a New Zealand track or island-hopping in Greece!
