Hi
I have been married for almost 8 years to my husband, Chris Kahn. We have a daughter, Kayla, who is 6 years old and a son, Austin, who is 4 years old. A year after I was married, my husband enlisted in the US Army for four years and we were stationed at Fort Stewart, GA. While we were there, my husband was deployed to Kuwait on a normal deployment rotation for six months. However, what was supposed to be a "normal" deployment turned into a war. over Bagdad. While my husband was fighting in Iraq I gave birth to our son, Austin.
My husband finished out his enlistment and now we currently live in Clovis, California, which borders Fresno. Chris just graduated from Fresno State and was commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in the Army. In December we will move to our next duty station which is Fort Bragg, NC. We are really excited for our new adventure.
I stay busy taking care of my two kids. I find that the older my children get, the more fun I have with them and the more busy I get.
