Jeanne's Story

My life as of Sep 2015: My Spouse I met Bob through my church youth group when I was a high school sophomore. We've been married 50 years! My Pet Grand-dogs: We rescued Oliver, our small, white Maltese-Bichon, one winter while visiting in Milwaukee. He was covered in ice. Now he lives the life of a prince! This summer we added Baylee, a Malte-Poo (Maltese-Poodle mix) rescue from our Humane society. We will soon do a 6 week auto adventure with both of them. My Kids We have one daughter and 3 granddaughters, ages 27, 24 & 20. Our daughter almost died in a motorcycle accident several years ago and we spent spent a year working with her in rehab. al Property issues. I love being retired. I do family history (specialize in French-Canada & Bohemia), bird, read, do crosswords, garden, travel, savor life... We lived over 25 years in Austin, Texas. Before that we were all over the West due to my husband's work. In the summer of 2009 we moved to the Pinal Mountains in east-central Arizona (Claypool, near Globe, Arizona). We also have land in the Bradshaw Mountains near Prescott, Arizona, -” eight acres we bought back in 1970 when we were living on the Navajo Reservation. We in the process of selling our second house in Mont-St-Hilaire, Quebec (near Montreal) and are heading there to bring some things home. We have wonderful house sitters to take care of the plants and feed all the hummingbirds. Life is good!

Look what we just bought! Right now it’s at the RV Maintenance Facility getting a complete check-up. It’s a 2007 Fun Finder, just the right size for us (and 2 small white dogs).
